Once you receive your order from the courier, you will have 10 minutes max to inspect and try on your items.
If you decide not to keep any item, you may return it immediately to the courier and pay shipping fees only.
No refunds or exchanges can be processed once the courier has left, as items accepted without inspection become the customer's responsibility.
For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
Sale items: You may inspect and try your order upon delivery. However, no refunds or exchanges on sale items are allowed after the courier leaves.
Orders with four (4) or more items: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of placing the order; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled
